Huh, that's really interesting! It's so funny to me that the more literary authors are also pressured to put out books with frequency- doesn't that defeat the purpose? Don't they need more time? I guess distributors want creators to just put out as much content as possible in any industry! I think the reason for the time difference between books/music is that maybe book tours are less involved than music tours? Thanks for reading!
